• Comment: Overall cleaning went well and looked good. However the technician noted that the carpets had heavy wear and were heavily stained and I disagree. They are in very good condition and the soiling was mainly just normal dirt from everyday walking. There were a few small stains that looked better initially but have returned since then.
  Description of Work: Carpets and baseboards cleaned in family room, master bedroom, and bath.
