• Comment: He did a good job cleaning it, but it seemed that perhaps not all of the cleanser was removed. The fabric seemed stiff after it dried and it took longer to dry than I had been expecting. I don't know what to attribute this problem to. Dalworth did call to check on the cleaning and I told them about it, but I didn't want them to come back and try to remedy the situation because I was afraid they might make it worse.
  Description of Work: He cleaned my sofa.
