• Comment: It went well. Bobby was friendly and knowledgable. He worked quickly and got the carpet clean. The carpet did take a bit more than 4 hours to dry completely, so we waited 'til the next day to move all the furniture back. Some of the doggy oops smell has returned, but Bobby warned us that might happen and left a little extra spray to spot treat future accidents. I understand that the pet smells are tough to treat and I can't realistically expect them to be totally gone after 1 express cleaning.
  Description of Work: Express cleaned carpets, with special attention to pet stains.
