• Comment: The technicians who worked on my carpet were friendly and professional. I recommend you institute a better precaution against carbon monoxide fumes, however. After the technician left, my alarms went off and the fire department found very high CO levels apparently blown into the house by your generator, since no other cause was found. Perhaps you should warn clients to keep their houses well ventilated during and after a cleaning.
