• Comment: I was a little disappointed in the cleaning, but I paid for the lowest level of service so I probably got what I paid for. There was little to no attention given to the carpet up next to the baseboards or the wall along the steps. You could still see the dirt after the cleaning. But, I didn't pay for the higher level of service so thinking it had nothing to do with the technician.
