• Comment: I'm not convinced the smell in carpet is really gone & may have been smarter to just remove the carpet (which didn't settle well with husband). The technician was very easy to talk to and very pleasant. He definitely improved the smelly mess the dogs started & I worsened with my attempts to get rid of the smell. $250 for the one room seemed a bit much but I'd waited more than a week & needed it tended to.
