Comment: I received no advanced call and the technician showed up 30 min prior to the arrival window. Luckily my older children were home and let them in. But I would have preferred to have been able to be there before they started. I am not even sure I got the service I originally asked for, since he was halfway done before I could get home from work- which was the original arrival start time of 3pm. Need a courtesy call from the technicians before they show up - especially early.
