- Comment: I had the carpets in a newly purchased home cleaned. The previous owners did not take good care of the carpets.The technician was wonderful and explained that the carpets may not come clean due to various conditions. I paid for the premium cleaning and expected the carpets to look much better than they did after the cleaning, but realize this was due to the previous owners.
