• Comment: I made a comment to the technician when he arrived that one of my dogs *would* run away if the door is left open; that said, I watched my dogs while he was here except when he was cleaning up to leave. My female bolted out the open front door & almost was hit on Berry St. Please remind all your technicians to heed pet owner instructions ... otherwise, he did a great job on my tile floors.
