• Comment: In addition to using the website, a lovely lady from customer service called to help me with the process (I had included a rug and she helped to clarify how to do it). She also explained how the different levels worked. Then yesterday Monty showed up. What a great staff you have. He was professional, funny and very thorough. He got the job done in a short amount of time and the carpets look great. Also gave me advice for the rug, and I will be calling soon to schedule that! No doubt I will always use Dalworth as long as I have carpet. Thank you.
