- Comment: Cosandra was wonderful! Although they have to come out to re clean for the lingering odor, the woman I spoke to the second time was extremely helpful, pleasant, and patient. The pet odor was not originally applied even though I told the first representative I spoke to there were pet stains and dropping, so I'm not sure why it wasn't taken care of the first time
