Comment: I've been using Dalworth for many years and have considered myself a very good customer. This time, however, When I needed immediate service this year, as a result of pet stains, I had service within a few hours. This time, although not as urgent, I was told that to get one of the techs I requested, it would be almost 3 weeks. And then when I spoke further with customer service, I was told that Frank was taking Tuesday off and that Jose was not servicing Fort Worth. Why was this not shared with me in the first place? I would not have been as frustrated
