• Comment: Paying was an issue. Wanted to use card but his phone could not get service, he said older phone and since he needed to call in number. We wrote a check. I don't remember a chemical smell with all the previous people. He was a nice man. It was 5:30 when he got there. I received a phone call at 2:30 or so that he was running late and may not get there until 5 which I said that is still fine.
