• Comment: The work done was excellent except for the dryer vent cleaning. I was told until they completed the vent cleaning that they don't vacuum up the lint from THAT vent. Now I have dryer lint all over my roof, yard and the next store neighbor's' yard. One why would you clean a vent and not vacuum up the dirt/lint from it? Two why don't you tell the client that when they book the service?
