• Comment: Monte, our service technician, was outstanding. He has a great attitude and is really good at cleaning our carpet. We have used Monte many times. We told him we have gotten used to him performing miracles so our bar is set pretty high. We understand there are some areas that even he cannot resolve such as years of wear in the hallway or a couple of old stains from wood baskets, but they are barely noticeable when viewing the quality of the overall cleaning.
