• Comment: The person I talked with first to get info was not as informative and helpful. BUT when I called back, , Casandra was much more helpful. Brandon, the tech, was very nice. The only problem is that since the cleaning, we are having some vibrating/tinkling sound coming from one of the vents in our living room that is quite annoying at times. Perhaps a tech or someone from your company should check this out. Thank you!!
