• Comment: I also scheduled a duct cleaning when asked by phone representative. When I suggested we change the duct cleaning first she said she couldn't change the schedule. So it made it difficult for the duct cleaning guys to be so careful doing their job.
  
  My other comment is that Aaron did a great job and was so politely and considerate asking exactly what I wanted so he could do his job to my specifications.
