• Comment: We requested guaranteed pet odor removal but the first technician who came did not have the correct equipment on his truck. Dispatch was able to send someone out with the proper equipment within a couple of hours, and still within the scheduled time window, which is appreciated. However, this is the second time we've requested the guaranteed removal only to have the technician arrive without the correct equipment. The customer service rep called and assured me it would not happen again. Customer Service is always professional and friendly.
