Comment: We have two addresses on file with you. The original rep didn't ask which one they should go to. When I got the confirmation I noticed they were scheduled to show up at an address we moved from 5 years ago. I called and the new rep explained that there was no way to keep the same time slot for the new address even though we are only two miles from the old address. (this is a system limitation) The new rep called back the next day with a reasonable time slot thank goodness!! Otherwise we were not going to be able to have the carpets cleaned prior to Thanksgiving.
Two issues 1) the first rep should have asked which address to go to and updated the data base. 2) your scheduling software needs a lot of help if it wont allow the rep to assign a canceled slot to a new location when so close to each other.
