• Comment: I was surprised that Adam put some of the furniture directly back on the wet carpet. Is this standard procedure? I've had other companies that place the feet on squares of foam (or similar) to keep it off of the damp carpet. He put some back, but I had to do the rest later. I also had to move an area rug. Thought that would have been part of my service. Otherwise, the carpet looks great. He did a great job getting old stains out.
