• Comment: I was very satisfied with the friendliness of the 2 guys that came out (Dominique and Bobby). They were courteous and more than willing to answer all of my questions.
  The only regret is that I did not ask them to show me that after "cleaning" a duct no more dirt and debris was present. They should have run the "cleaning apparatus" through on a couple of "cleaned" vents and shown me the video so I would know it was clean (evidenced by no more dust and debris flying around in the duct). My condo was built in 1982 and they said from the look of the dirt buildup the ducts have never been cleaned. Now I'm unsure if the process was actually thorough.
