- Comment: I so very much appreciated the quick work, getting an emergency call scheduled, for my food spill (chili) on the carpet in the TV room. The cleaner (James) was at my house within 2 hours of the incident. Even though James expressed concern that the process might not work (50-50), the results were perfect. I tribute the quick response, Dalworth process, and Stainmaster carpet for an overall great experience!
