• Comment: Our representative Marcu, was very professional and did a great job! However, the spot on the master bedroom carpet would not come out and it dis-colored the carpet, now leaving a whiteout affect on the carpet. Not good. I had paid the extra money In The fall where Dalworth would come back and get any spot out that I could not get out, but it did not work. Now I am not sure who will be responsible for restoring the carpet to look like was before. I have a call into Stain Master and will let you know what they determine.
