• Comment: Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received. My carpets look great and the technician did an excelent job getting out some pet stains. However, later that afternoon, I went out to check my mail. I have several mums on my front porch and one was completely destroyed. I'm guessing his hoses got tangled up in the flowers. It wasn't worth alot of money, but I would have appreciated him telling me about it. Instead, he had put all the broken branches up on a fern that I also have on the front porch. It made me wonder if anything else had been damaged in my house, and I wasn't told about it.
