• Comment: My technician, Steve, did the most thorough job of anyone technicians ever sent to my home. My carpets looked and smelled great when he finished. I had a lot of pet stains, which he worked hard to eradicate. He was very helpful in replacing my furniture and knick knacks at the end. No one else has ever been that helpful.
  
  There is a small place by my front door where he exited that looks as if the hose might have leaked dirty water. I may be in contact with you about addressing that. Thanks.
