• Comment: The cleaning of the tile: A white residue was left on grout, intermittently. The tile was not buffed, so it really didn't look as clean as I thought it would. The tile did not have a shine to it to start with, but it just seemed to be more dull than before it was cleaned. I don't know if this normal or not, as this tile has just be installed the last two years.
  
  The tech was timely.
