- Comment: Since I was in the hospital, my husband stayed to let the technician in. My husband missed a business meeting due to the late arrival of the technician. The technician we requested who we always use and is usually prompt or calls when delayed got delayed elsewhere and did not make it until the end of the job. This was disappointing
