• Comment: Actually placed my order on Angie's List. Took longer than expected for a call. I sent an email to find out about my order and left a cell phone number. I was contacted about 20 minutes later to set up my service. Said they had tried to call my number from Angie's List but was going to a busy signal acting funny. When I got home I did not have any messages, and my phone had no problems. But agent was able to get me on the schedule right away the same afternoon. Which made me very happy! The service technician was very nice, and did a good job cleaning my sofa. This turned a bad situation into a very good experience. Thank you! Regular pricing is too high just to have a sofa cleaned, the special from Angie's List made it more affordable for me.
