• Comment: The technician was great! He knew what he was doing, and explained some things about carpet stains. He worked continuously the whole time he was here. The carpet looks great and I would have him out again.
  The one thing I would add about the online order...why can you not just give the dimension of the room (9x10, 11x12) instead of square footage. And tho I might have missed it, I think the additional cost of treatment for pet stains should be an option so you would know how much extra it will be.
