• Comment: When the original person came out to measure the space and look at the upholstery we wanted to have cleaned, he was on property for a very short period of time, which gave the impression that everything would be pretty straight-forward. When the technician came, he had a lot of questions about the type of fabric of the rugs and the expectations for the upholstery. It would have been better if these questions had been asked at the time of the initial quoting.
