• Comment: The service technician worked very hard. He was very professional and had great suggestions about how to get some stains out. The carpets look the best they ever have after I've had them cleaned. One note for future reference, though I don't want this to count against him because he was so professional and did a great job -- the exhaust of the van kept coming in the house during the cleaning. Maybe just be mindful where the exhaust is pointed when the door is open? I feel like that's very picky but just a suggestion. Overall, he did excellent!
