• Comment: I was generally happy with the service. However, there were several smaller pieces of furniture in my bedroom (where I had paid a higher fee for furniture moving) that were not moved by the technician. The pieces were a night table and a lightweight desk. He also told me he was unable to move the bed, which I agreed to, and I told him it would not be necessary to move an armoire and a bookcase in the same room. Therefore I paid a higher fee and only an armchair and ottoman were moved. I also thought it took the rooms quite a long time to dry, though it was a warm day. As I said, though, in general the carpets look fine.
