• Comment: My technician, Robert, arrived a few mintues late for my appointment. He apoligized and was very courteous and professional. Even though I did not ask for compensation Robert gave me a couple of upgrades, carpet deodorizer and the fans to help dry the moisture from my carpet. It was very much appreciated and more than made up for the few minutes he was late. I love Dalworth (Clean)! Only once have I used another carpet cleaning company. I did not receive good results, so went back to using Dalworth. We have lived in our home for 39 years. Thank you for always giving great results.
