• Comment: Technician was very nice, but the problem area got worse after it dried. I would like someone to try some different or stronger chemicals on the stains areas. The rest of the carpet looked fine. Also, this survey blinks and erases my previous answers sometimes. Have answered a few more than once. I appreciate your follow up. I called per below, and you are sending someone out to check.
