- Comment: It bugged me that I had to pay extra for the edges of the carpet to be cleaned. I think that should just be part of the service! Also, the stains have gradually reappeared, about 2 days after the carpets were dry. Disappointing. (I suppose I need the deeper cleaning service, and your technician did mention that.)
