• Comment: Steve Franklin and his assistant/ technician were friendly, professional and completed my job within the timeframe requested and did an outstanding job, as always. I note on my cleaning request that if Steve Franklin cannot be the technician assigned, I'll be happy to change my requested day/time to accommodate the time when he will be available. He and his assistant have been here numerous times and know how I like my carpets cleaned and my expectations and I have been very pleased with the outcome each time.
