• Comment: The technician was scheduled to arrive between 2:00 and 4:00 and didn't arrive until 5:30. I can understand being 15-30 minutes late but 1 and a half hours past the latest time we were scheduled is terrible. We would have rescheduled but we already had everything moved off the carpets and didn't want to have to move it back and then move it off the carpets again.
