• Comment: The technician was very nice, though I don't think he was able to move all furniture as we upgraded. Some very heavy. My main concern was an area from an aging , now deceased dog. an are where she urinated.I do think we were able to clean that as I had hoped. still a little dingy and some odor. This are is also harder to vacuum. Not sure if we need to do something else? Rest of rooms look great. Thanks Jonni Rousseau
