• Comment: Harold was very professional, efficient and focused on customer satisfaction. He worked hard and made sure that a no-show helper on first day of job did not deter him from getting the job done.
  
  I would have liked to seen the square footage of the job itemized on the estimate.
  
  Also, got conflicting info on follow-up cleaning -- Chris (sales) said 1/3 vinegar to water solution, Harold said Bono CLEANER (not polish) ok. Would appreciate clarification. Thanks.
