• Comment: Overall we were happy with the service provided. I felt the technician was very knowledgeable & experienced, pricing was fair, service was efficient, and my carpets were beautifully cleaned. Our one complaint is there appear to be some minor knicks on the corner of a nightstand as a result of the carpet cleaning. They are small, and the furniture is cheap, but I hope that care would be taken to prevent similar damage during future cleanings, and that I would be told about it if it does occur.
