- Comment: The technician got stuck in traffic and arrived almost 30 past the arrival window & I had to call to find out why no one had shown up during my appt window time. I felt someone should have notified me to let me know of the delay. Other than the late arrival my technician did a wonderful job on my floors and I am very happy with the work.
