- Comment: We really liked our technician, Roger Lino, who worked very hard for 2 hours cleaning upholstery and rugs. And, everything looked wonderful when he left. However, we noticed, after drying, there was a problem with how our chaise lounges were cleaned. We called and you are sending a technician out right away to fix the problem.
