• Comment: The answering people were real courteous (Cassandra is excellent in her politeness). Too bad the phone was not cooperating well, as I believe happened to be on your side, as I told her, if the quality of the call is this bad, (had to repeat many things twice), I would not call DalWorth again. But for Cassandra's patience, and politeness, I would not have continued the call with that bad a call quality. Please update.
