• Comment: I really appreciated the attitude and the total positive approach the technician had working on a serious problem I have with the
  
  sticky mess that carpet plastic left on my carpet after pulling it up. He worked on it using a solvent then steam cleaning it. Couldn't
  
  tell what it had done or if it worked until it had time to dry real good. I swept the carpet today after 2 days of letting it dry completely, and
  
  sad to say it is still tacky but not as bad as it was.
