• Comment: Phone representative was helpful and courteous. I originally mentioned the services I wanted. Was given a (high) quote. Then several discounts were applied ( I appreciated that). But, at the end of the call, I found out one of the services was removed and that is why the price went down.
  
  Chris did a fantastic job! He was timely and explained what I may expect after the tile cleaning.
