• Comment: The technician was the best one we've ever had. He is very methodical, clear and careful. I am going to rate him as On Time because he was not late. He was 10 minutes early but he said the company was supposed to call. They did, and got my VM, and I did see the VM until much later on. He knocked on the door at 9:50 am for a 10:00 - 12:00 pm appointment. We were not ready and asked him to sit in the truck until 10 am, which he did, no problem.
  My only suggestion is for the COMPANY. I suggest Dalworth have the technician verify he or she can actually come early by calling the office when they arrive, before they knock on the door. Thank you.
