• Comment: Did you stop raking the carpets? I loved the way they look afterwards. Technician was in able to get out the 'once &Done' spot I had but gave me advice on how to do it. I did his recommendation and got all duds out in 3 runs with my bissell. Thank you for the advice but I feel if you would have gone over it 2 more times it would have been done (or not). Still waiting for it to dry and will know if it worked. Again - thanks for the advice.
