- Comment: There seemed to be a mix up about my address. And it seems that the technician and the dispatcher were not able to reach my cell phone. So my 8:00-8:30 appointment turned out to be a 9:30 one. I had been home the whole time. First time that has happened. It is ok because I am always happy with my carpets when you all clean.
