• Comment: Ruben was tremendous. When he got into the ducts he found a dead rat!! He worked so incredibly hard to get that thing removed and clean the ducts until they were like brand new. I would say he went above and beyond what most technicians would to complete the job and did it all with a great attitude. His main concern was our happiness with the job and it showed. I am a person who manages a large group of people in my job. It is my professional opinion that you have someone special in Ruben. I hope you recognize that.
