Comment: On the original appointment date they were going to need to extend the time 1-2 hours - which would have been after 7 p.m. Instead I requested to reschedule for the next day. On that day the tech arrived on time and did an outstanding job.
My only suggestion would be to contact customers before the timeframe provided. My timeframe originally was between 4 and 6 p.m. - it seems like it was around 5 when I got the call about the delay. I had already left work to be home for the appointment when I got the call. It caused me to have to leave work early 2 days instead of just one.
But I do understand how unforeseen delays occur and I'm very pleased with the final product.
